FRIENDS OF ANAHUAC REFUGE
Come out to the refuge to help plant prairie plants around the VIS and Butterfly Garden. As time permits, we will also be weeding and trimming around the trail and VIS pond. No experience needed. We will have tools available, but you may bring your own if you wish.
The workday runs from 9am-12pm. Samson Energy will be providing lunch to all volunteers near the VIS immediately following the workday.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, February 26 to FWS Volunteer Coordinator, Stephanie Martinez at Stephanie_martinez@fws.gov so we can coordinate lunches.
The Friends of Anahuac Refuge was established in 1997 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Anahuac, TX.
