Anahuac NWR Rail Walks


Take a guided walk through the marsh on one of our famous Rail Walks! You will be led through the marsh on Anahuac NWR in search of the elusive birds, including Yellow Rails, Virginia Rails, Clapper Rails, King Rails, and Soras. Free and open to the public. Rubber boots reccommended, a few loaner pairs will be available.


Walk will take place at 7amMeet at the Visitor Information Station on the refuge.
